APPLICATION SUGGESTIONS

The profiles may be cut using simple hand tools and thus, their application is quite practical.

• Cement based heat insulation system bonding agent shall be applied to the entire surface in a layer onto the unpaved surface the jamb by a toothed trowel in 8-10 mm in a way that it will leave thread. The adhesive layer shall be in at least 2 mm thickness.
• Profiles shall be compressed by lightly scrolling to the front and the back in their planes. Ebullient adhesive (bonding) mortar shall be carefully cleaned by using spatula.
• It shall be checked by a water balance (gauge) whether the profiles are in the square and in the balance (scale) or not.
• If adhesive is applied between profiles in areas surrounding windows or doors, it may be shaped and bonded more easily.
• At the time when parts are bonded and compressed, a portion of the adhesive (bonding) grout will be ebullient; therefore these shall be cleaned and shall be redressed by a brush. During redressing, we shall keep an eye on matching (twinning) of profile surfaces.
• Ebullient mortar in the edge connection points shall be redressed and edge redressing shall be completed by using special repair mortar.
• At least 24 hours after completion of the profiles’ application, it shall be painted by a water based house (siding) paint in the selected color.
