APPLICATIONS









1- The hand tools needed for the application:Saw, set square, spatula, hammer, nail, hilti


2- The surfaces to be applied shall be designated by getting the measurements.The set square margins are calculated.The model suitable to the project is taken.


3- The door-frame points are designated to allow a 45 angle by means of a set square.


4- According to the external or internal set square, the set square cutting is performed using a saw.


5- The EPS which has already been homogenously prepared,the adhesive plaster are put on the back of the door frame by means of the spatula.


6- The door frame is adhered in the manner suitable to its project.


7- The top and bottom side frames of the window are formed.


8- The frame which is adhered by the chemical adhesive is fixed using nails from the suitable places.


9- The overflow adhesive is cleaned.The joints are repaired using acrylic based repairing plaster.


10- The places which are incomplete should be fiiled using the spatula.Also you should the great attention to encrust of the nails.







11- The places where they are fixed with nails are fiiled with repair plaster.


12- The places where they are fixed with nails are fiiled with repair plaster and are counted to be suitable to their models.


13- The recess and the roughness to be formed in the place where they are repaired with the plaster are smoothened usūng the brush.


14- When the top and side parts of the window are completed,the washboard and doorframe models are started to be prepared.In order to recover the washboard edges from a plain appearance, the continuation of the model is provided by cutting with Set Square toward inside an outside.


15- Firstly, the set square is taken in the manner to tet a 45 angle to the doorframe from the front point to the rear.The cutting is realized.


16- The washboard doorframe model which has already been set square is also cut in plain way.This time they are cut in a way from the front point to the rear in 45 angle for the second time.


17- The piece which is obtained from the medium cutting is covered on the point of the doorframe model as shown in the picture and in this way the continuation of the doorframe models are provided on the corners.
